You may post FrontLine Employee or other newsletters from WorkplaceNewsletters.com on your Web site. However, content must be on a protected page requiring a login or other means of configuring of the Web page so it is not indexed by search engines and accessible by unauthorized persons. Internal networks or intranets do not have these restrictions. Your Web master can assist you.

All newsletters are email to the subscriber contact of record before the first of the month. We usually mail 4-10 days before this date. You should contact Workplace Newsletters at 1-800-626-4327 24/7 if you have no received your newsletter by the 26th. We are never late. Not once in 27 years, publishing monthly.

You may make as many copies as needed to serve your employees or corporate customers if you are a human resources solutions firm, employee assistance program provider, or employer association. You must register at the proper price tier based upon your anticipated readership (not counting family members.)

Formats for editable newsletters include PDF, MS Word with Graphics, MS Publisher, and Text-Only in Ms Word. Subscribers may have any or all formats at no extra cost.

You may have a hard copy sent for your records, but we request you print your own copy from the digital format we send you. This is the same step we would take to produce a hard copy for you.

Contact us on the 26th if you have not received your copy of the newsletter. This will ensure that you do not miss an issue and we can resend your newsletter(s).

Yes. Please do. Email publisher@workexcel.com at any time to suggest content your employees would appreciate reading based upon workplace and workforce management issues affecting employees. This is the best we to make the most of your newsletter.

Yes. You may rename the newsletters anything you wish. If you send your Logo, URL for your Web site, and the special awesome name you have chosen, we will use our graphics artists to create several mastheads that you can choose from. There is no charge for this service.

Articles in the editable versions of FrontLine Employee may be moved from one month to the next, or saved for future use. For example, if you decide to add company news or other information in a specific location, the article can be used later and will fit in the same location in subsequent issues. Locations of articles in each issue of FrontLine Employee fit the same position in other issues.

You may arrange your own translation of newsletters for your purposes, but only for the employees or constituents of your business organization.
